The Program

Autodesk Program in Malaysia supports the local institutions in producing quality and relevant graduates, to fulfill the industry’s expectation and requirements. It is in line with the Ministry’s aspiration towards Talent Excellence, which is one of the elements of The 10 Shifts, under the Malaysia Education Blueprint (2015-2025) of the Ministry of Higher Education.

Autodesk programs are aimed to reach all the stakeholders of the design community in the Higher Learning Institutions in Malaysia, be it in public institutions, or private institutions. The areas of focus are Architectural design, Industrial design, Product design, as well as Creative Media design. The educators and the students, being the major stakeholders, are the main focus in delivering the programs.

Among the programs are Hands-on Workshop, Education Summit, Autodesk Malaysia Design Competition, Curriculum Enhancement Assistance, and finally, the latest one is, Autodesk Ambassador Program. These programs are jointly delivered through the collaboration effort with the Special Interest Group (SIG) Champions who lead the assigned areas. The SIG Champions have been appointed in June 2014, taking the leadership to spearhead the implementation of Autodesk Programs together with Prestariang Systems Sdn Bhd. The SIG Champions are as follows:
